The MP54 IP Teams phone by Yealink is a state-of-the-art handset based on the Android 12 operating system.
The phone will allow you to make, receive, transfer, and join calls, create and join Teams meetings, as well as well as use wireless headsets if necessary.

- Enter the code shown on your device and select Next.

- Enter your user credentials to sign in.

A confirmation message is displayed after successfully signing into Microsoft Intune Company Portal.

3. Making a Call
To make a conventional call:
- Pick up the handset, press the Speakerphone key or press the headset key.
- Enter the contact number.
- Press Call
Place a Call from Call History:
You can place calls to contacts from the call history list containing incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

Place a Call from People:
You can place calls to people within the company by searching for them.

4. Answering a Call
When you receive an incoming call on your phone, you can choose to answer it in various ways.
- Pick up the handset
- Press the Speakerphone key
- Press the Headset key
You can answer an incoming call if you are already on a call – this will place the original call on hold.

5. Merging Calls
You can merge the active call, and the held calls on your phone.
- During a call, go to > Merge with xx (xx refers to the contact name).

6. Transferring Calls
You can transfer a call to another party using the blind transfer or the consultative transfer method. You can transfer calls to other contacts immediately without consulting with them first.
Perform a Blind Transfer:
- During a call go to Transfer > Transfer now. The call is placed on hold.
- Select the desired contact or search for a contact. Then the call is connected to the contact to which you are transferring.
- Select
to end the call, or it will end automatically when the other party picks up.
Perform a Consultive Transfer
- During a call go to Transfer > Consult first.
- Select the desired contact or search for a contact.
- After the party answers, tap
beside the contact. It prompts you to transfer the call or not.
- Tap OK to complete the transfer. After the transferred party answers the call, the call is transferred successfully.
7. Hold or Resume Calls
When you are in a call, you can place an active audio call on hold and resume the call when you are ready.
- During a call, tap Hold.
- When ready to resume, tap Resume.
8. Mute or Unmute Audio
You can mute the microphone during an active call so that the other party cannot hear you.
- During a call, tap
on the screen.
- To resume audio, press
again.
9. Managing Phone Contacts
Add Contacts from the Directory
- From the People screen, tap .
- Tap

- Enter the search criteria.
- Tap the desired contact and select a group.
- Save the change. The contact appears in the selected group.
Add Contacts to a Specific Group
- From the People screen, select All Contacts or a specific group.
- Click the three dots and select Add to group.
- Select the desired group.
- The contact is added to the selected group.
Remove Contacts from the Group
- From the People screen, select a specific group.
- Click the three dots and select Remove from group.
- Select the desired group. You remove the contact from the selected group successfully.
- From the Calls screen, tap RECENT.
- Tap
. The contact appears in the FAVORITES list.
- From the Calls screen, tap FAVORITES.
- Tap the three dots on the desired contact.
10. Phone Settings
By default, the light theme is enabled. You are allowed to change between light and dark theme.
- Tap the account avatar and go to Settings > Appearance > Dark. It prompts that it will restart the app to switch the theme.
- Confirm the option. After you restart the phone, the screen is displayed as follows

If your phone cannot automatically obtain the time and date, you can set the time and date manually.
- Tap your account avatar and go to Settings > Device settings > Time & Date.
- Select Manual Settings from the Type field and tap OK.
- Enter the specific date and time in the Date and Time field respectively.

You can change the time and date format. The following formats can be displayed:
