Prerequisites
You must have registered for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). If not, contact IT for assistance with manual recovery.
Ensure you have access to your registered authentication methods (e.g., mobile phone, email, or authenticator app).
Resetting Your Password
Go to the Password Reset Page:
Open your browser and navigate to the Microsoft password reset portal: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.

Complete the CAPTCHA verification to confirm you're not a robot.
Click Next.
