Sometimes after a Windows feature update, the default fonts are changed from our Roboto branding to the Windows 11 default, Aptos. Below you will find instructions on how to change the font back to Roboto for Excel, Outlook and Word.
2. Excel
1. Open Excel from the shortcut on your taskbar.

2. Click on 'Options' in the bottom-left corner.

3. In the middle of the Options window, find the section titled 'When creating new workbooks'. Here, change 'Use this as the default font:' to Roboto, and 'Font size' to 10. Click on 'OK'.

4. A warning message will appear advising that Excel needs to be restarted. Click on 'OK' and then close Excel.

3. Outlook
